NUTRITIOUS FAROFA

A simple recipe for babies and the whole family!

Suitable for 12 months and older (start with finely grated carrot and sauté until very soft).

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Chopped onion
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 1 boiled egg, chopped
  • Cassava flour
  • Seasonings to taste (salt, garlic, turmeric, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the onion in butter until softened.
  2. Add the grated carrot and cook until it becomes tender.
  3. Mix in the chopped boiled egg and season to taste.
  4. Gradually add the cassava flour while stirring until it reaches your desired consistency.
  5. For extra color and flavor, add chopped spinach and/or parsley at the end.

Tips:

  • Suitable for babies 12 months and older.
  • Consume immediately after preparation. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
