Coconut and Banana Bars 🥥🍌💚

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas (ripe)
  • 2 cups (180g) oats
  • 1 cup (85g) desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut milk

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20x20cm baking dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared tray and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  4. Slice into 12 bars once cooled and enjoy!
