
Coconut and Banana Bars 🥥🍌💚

Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas (ripe)
- 2 cups (180g) oats
- 1 cup (85g) desiccated coconut
- 1 cup (250ml) coconut milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20x20cm baking dish.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared tray and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Slice into 12 bars once cooled and enjoy!
