Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients: oats, almond milk, ice cubes, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pitted Medjool dates. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy. You’ll be left with a thick, frosty base that’s perfect for a smoothie bowl.
  2. Once blended, pour the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Top with your favorite toppings! For this bowl, I added sliced bananas, chia seeds, hemp hearts, shredded coconut, granola, and a generous spoonful of almond butter. You can get creative with your toppings, choosing what you love most or what you have on hand.
