There’s nothing better than a snack that feels like a treat but is actually made with wholesome ingredients. These Homemade Strawberry Bars are soft enough for toddlers, filled with fruity goodness, and easy enough to make on a weekday afternoon.

Inspired by Strawberry Nutri-Grain bars, these are made with clean pantry staples like oats, honey, butter, flour, and vanilla — with no refined sugar.

How to Serve

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp cold butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Strawberry jam (homemade or store-bought)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients (except jam) to a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
  2. Chill the dough in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Roll dough between parchment paper and cut into 2–2.5 inch rectangles.
  4. Spoon strawberry jam onto one side, leaving space at the edges.
  5. Fold over and seal the ends with a fork.
  6. Bake on a parchment-lined tray at 350°F (180°C) for 10–11 minutes.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!

Storage Notes

Fridge: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Freezer: Freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw or gently reheat before serving.
