Whenever cold and flu season hits, this immune boosting smoothie is on repeat in our home. It’s naturally sweet, refreshing, and packed with fruits and greens that kids absolutely love.

What Makes This Smoothie Special

This smoothie blends banana, mango, kiwi, spinach, and orange juice β€” all powerhouse ingredients loaded with vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. The result is a creamy, tropical flavor with no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup cubed mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 date (or honey for 12 months & up)
  • 1/2–3/4 cup orange juice
  • Optional: ice

Directions

  1. Add banana, mango, kiwi, spinach, sweetener, and orange juice to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add ice or use frozen fruit for a colder smoothie.
  3. Pour into cups and enjoy right away!

Storage Notes

Refrigerator: Store in a sealed container for up to 24 hours. Stir or shake before serving.

Freezer: Freeze in ice cube trays or freezer-safe pouches for up to 2 months. Blend frozen cubes with a splash of liquid when ready to serve.
