A creamy, naturally sweet peach smoothie made with wholesome ingredients. Gentle on young tummies and perfect for babies, toddlers, and kids of all ages.
Ingredients & Nutritional Benefits
- Peaches: Rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, and fiber.
- Banana: Adds creaminess, potassium, and natural sweetness.
- Date: Provides iron and fiber with no refined sugar.
- Full-fat yogurt: Healthy fats, calcium, and probiotics.
- Non-dairy milk: Adds creaminess and keeps it allergy-friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 peach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1 date (or honey for 12 months+)
- 1β2 tbsp full-fat yogurt
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- Optional: ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust liquid to reach desired consistency.
