  • Banana: Adds creaminess, potassium, and natural sweetness.
  • Date: Provides iron and fiber with no refined sugar.
  • Full-fat yogurt: Healthy fats, calcium, and probiotics.
  • Non-dairy milk: Adds creaminess and keeps it allergy-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 peach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 date (or honey for 12 months+)
  • 1–2 tbsp full-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • Optional: ice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
