Ingredients
- 9 medjool dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- Finely shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add walnuts and dates to a food processor and blend until finely ground.
- Place mixture on parchment paper and shape into a log.
- Roll the log in shredded coconut until fully coated.
- Wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Slice into thin pieces and store in an airtight container.
Storage
