Christmas Tree Pizzette ππ
12 Months+ β’ Egg Free β’ Nut Free β’ Vegetarian
Festive little pizzette made with sweet potato dough β perfect for the holidays!
Ingredients
- 200g steamed sweet potatoes
- 150g self raising flour
- Tomato sauce (as needed)
- Grated mozzarella or cheddar (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)
- Mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl
- Add flour and mix into a dough
- Roll out to about 1cm thick
- Cut into shapes
- Place on tray and add sauce + cheese
- Bake for 15β20 minutes until golden
- Cool slightly before serving
Recipe Tips
- For 6 months+, make without cheese
- Use festive cutters for fun
- Make self-raising flour with plain flour + baking powder
Storage
- Fridge: up to 3 days
- Freezer: up to 1 month
- Reheat at 180Β°C until warm
