Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • Strawberries, chopped
  • 70% dark chocolate chips (For children over 2 years only)
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the strawberries, oats, sesame seeds, and chocolate chips (if applicable). Mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
  6. Cut into your desired bar shapes and enjoy!
