Grilled Pineapple

This Grilled Pineapple is a delicious way to offer fruit to your baby! With a touch of cinnamon, it becomes even more tasty and healthy.

Recommended age: From 6 months
A delicious way to offer pineapple to your baby!

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices of pineapple
  • Coconut oil
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel the pineapple (tip on how to peel in the video) and cut it into slices.
  2. Grease a pan with coconut oil and place the pineapple slices in it.
  3. Grill for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Add cinnamon to taste and grill for another 1 minute.
  5. Ready to serve!

Storage & Freezing:

Refrigeration: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Freezing: After grilling, let it cool and store in portions in freezer-safe bags or containers. Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Thawing: Thaw in the refrigerator or heat quickly in the pan before serving.
