Baby Cauliflower Hashbrowns 🥦✨
Soft, veggie-packed cauliflower hashbrowns perfect for babies 6+ months. Ideal for BLW or transitioning from purées. Made with only three wholesome ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 gold potato (medium size)
- 4–5 cauliflower florets
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Steam cauliflower and potato for 15 minutes.
- Mash, add shredded cheese, and mix.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon and gently flatten into mini patties.
- Optional: Spray with oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
- They come out very soft and delicate — allow them to cool for 15 minutes before touching or serving. Enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
6–9 months: Serve as is for baby to hold and gum.
9–12 months: Offer whole hashbrowns or in larger chunks.
12+ months: Serve with a dip like plain yogurt or avocado mash.
