Banana Bites for Babies

These banana bites are a healthy, tasty, and convenient option for your baby’s snack. Perfect for offering in a simple and nutritious way!

Recommended age: 9 months+
Easy, soft, and sugar-free

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Cinnamon to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Lightly mash the banana with a fork (don’t mash too much to prevent it from becoming liquid).
  2. Mix with oats, raisins, and cinnamon.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish greased with olive oil.
  4. Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes or in a regular oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, until golden.
  5. Once baked, cut into squares and serve to your baby. It’s delicious!

Storage & Freezing:

Refrigeration: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezing: After baking, allow to cool completely and freeze in individual portions, wrapped in plastic wrap or stored in a freezer bag. They last up to 1 month in the freezer.
Defrosting: Remove only the needed portion, let it thaw at room temperature, or quickly reheat in the air fryer or oven.
