6 Months+ β Blueberry Oat Bars π«πΎ
Soft, 4-ingredient blueberry oat bars made quickly in the microwave β perfect for early weaning and tiny hands.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup blueberries (lightly squished)
- 1/4 cup milk
Method
- Mash the banana in a small rectangular microwave-safe dish. Add squished blueberries, oats, and milk. Mix to combine.
- Flatten the mixture with a fork into an even layer.
- Microwave for 4 minutes. Cool completely, then lift out and slice into bars.
