Today we’re making 3 smoothie pop flavors 🌞🍫🌱

  • 🌞 Tropical Sunshine Pops – fruity and packed with vitamin C
  • 🍫 Chocolate Banana Pops – tastes like dessert but loaded with protein
  • 🌱 Green Power Pops – smooth, sweet, and secretly filled with spinach

Ingredients

1. Tropical Sunshine Pops

  • 1 cup mango
  • Β½ cup pineapple
  • Β½ banana
  • ΒΎ cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk

2. Chocolate Banana Pops

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ΒΎ cup yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

3. Green Power Pops

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Β½ cup mango
  • ΒΎ cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk

How to Make

  1. Add ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into molds
  4. Freeze for 4+ hours
  5. Release with warm water

Storage

  • Freezer: up to 2 months
  • Let thaw 1–2 minutes before serving
