Ingredients
1. Tropical Sunshine Pops
- 1 cup mango
- Β½ cup pineapple
- Β½ banana
- ΒΎ cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
2. Chocolate Banana Pops
- 2 bananas
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ΒΎ cup yogurt
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup milk
3. Green Power Pops
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- Β½ cup mango
- ΒΎ cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
How to Make
- Add ingredients to blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into molds
- Freeze for 4+ hours
- Release with warm water
Storage
- Freezer: up to 2 months
- Let thaw 1β2 minutes before serving
