Broccoli Omelette for babies

Broccoli Omelette 🥦

Method: blender + non-stick pan

Soft, baby-friendly omelette blended with broccoli. Quick to make, easy to hold, and perfect for early weaning.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1–2 raw broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons self-raising flour (or plain/whole wheat/spelt)
  • A big handful of grated cheddar cheese or Parmesan (optional)
  • A little olive oil for cooking

Method

  1. Add the eggs, broccoli, flour, and cheese to a blender and pulse until well mixed.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook until both sides are golden and fully cooked.
  4. Allow to cool slightly, roll it up, cut into strips, and serve.
  5. Buon appetito! 😋

Baby & Storage Notes

👶🏻 Suitable for babies from 6 months+.

❄️ Can be frozen for up to 3 months. To defrost, place in the refrigerator overnight or reheat gently in a pan.
