Festive little pizzette made with sweet potato dough β€” perfect for the holidays!

Ingredients

  • 200g steamed sweet potatoes
  • 150g self raising flour
  • Tomato sauce (as needed)
  • Grated mozzarella or cheddar (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)
  2. Mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl
  3. Add flour and mix into a dough
  4. Roll out to about 1cm thick
  5. Cut into shapes
  6. Place on tray and add sauce + cheese
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden
  8. Cool slightly before serving

Recipe Tips

  • For 6 months+, make without cheese
  • Use festive cutters for fun
  • Make self-raising flour with plain flour + baking powder

Storage

  • Fridge: up to 3 days
  • Freezer: up to 1 month
  • Reheat at 180Β°C until warm
