Delicious and Easy Mini Quiche!

Ingredients:

  • 7 eggs
  • ½ small pot of natural yogurt (made with only two ingredients)
  • Cooked broccoli
  • Seedless diced tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Grated cheese (optional)
  • Seasonings: I used dried tomato, oregano, and salt (for babies over 1 year old)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs, yogurt, baking powder, and seasonings until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into muffin tins or small molds.
  4. Add the cooked broccoli, diced tomatoes, and grated cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are golden and firm.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Recommended age: +6 months (without salt or cheese for younger babies)
