Recommended age: From 6 months

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup grated zucchini (squeeze excess moisture)
  • ½ cup steamed, chopped cauliflower
  • ½ cup steamed, chopped broccoli
  • â…“ cup peas (thawed)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup grated mild cheddar cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
Preparation method:
  1. Steam and chop broccoli and cauliflower.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat a pan with olive oil or spray and cook fritters for about 4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
