There’s nothing better than a snack that feels like a treat but is actually made with wholesome ingredients. These Homemade Strawberry Bars are soft enough for toddlers, filled with fruity goodness, and easy enough to make on a weekday afternoon.
Inspired by Strawberry Nutri-Grain bars, these are made with clean pantry staples like oats, honey, butter, flour, and vanilla — with no refined sugar.

Ingredients
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp cold butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Strawberry jam (homemade or store-bought)
Directions
- Add all ingredients (except jam) to a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
- Chill the dough in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
- Roll dough between parchment paper and cut into 2–2.5 inch rectangles.
- Spoon strawberry jam onto one side, leaving space at the edges.
- Fold over and seal the ends with a fork.
- Bake on a parchment-lined tray at 350°F (180°C) for 10–11 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
Storage Notes
Fridge: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Freezer: Freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw or gently reheat before serving.
