Honey Oat Biscuits โ€“ An easy, simple cookie for kids, made in just 10 minutes! Naturally sweetened, allergy-friendly, and perfect for the whole family. Crispy on the edges, soft in the center, and full of warm, toasty oat flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (instant or rolled)
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (180ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and shape into cookies on a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 7โ€“8 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Cool completely before serving (they firm up as they cool).

Notes & Storage

Room temperature: Store in an airtight container for 4โ€“5 days.

Freezer: Freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or warm briefly before serving.
