6 Months+ β Macaroni Cheese π§
A creamy and gentle macaroni cheese made with cauliflower β smooth, nourishing, and perfect for little ones starting solids. β οΈ Blend sauce for under 9 months.
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls pasta
- 5β6 cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp garlic & herb cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
Method
- Step 1: Boil pasta and steam/boil the cauliflower.
- Step 2: Add cauliflower to a blender with cream cheese and milk. Blend (add more milk if needed).
- Step 3: Pour sauce onto boiled pasta, mix in grated cheese on hob over low heat until melted (add more milk if needed).
