*Make sure your baby has already been introduced to eggs, dairy, and wheat individually before offering this recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Pinch of salt
Preparation method:
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter. It should be thick but pourable.
  4. Heat and grease a frying pan with butter. Use a squeeze bottle to shape the batter into a Mickey design.
  5. When bubbles start to form on the surface, flip the pancake to cook the other side.
  6. Once golden and cooked through, your Mickey pancake is ready to serve!
Storage & Freezing:
  • Refrigeration: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Freezing: Let pancakes cool completely, store in layers with parchment paper, and freeze for up to 1 month.
