Mickey Pancake

This Mickey pancake is fun, tasty, and perfect for kids’ breakfast. A creative and nutritious option to start the day!

Recommended age: 2 years+
Fun and delicious breakfast option for kids

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
  4. The batter should be thick but pourable, flowing slowly.
  5. Heat and grease a frying pan with butter. Use a squeeze bottle to shape the batter into a Mickey design. When bubbles start to form on the surface, flip the pancake to cook the other side.
  6. Once golden and cooked through, your Mickey pancake is ready to serve!

Storage & Freezing:

Refrigeration: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Freezing: After cooking, let the pancakes cool completely, and store them in layers with parchment paper in between. Freeze for up to 1 month.
Defrosting: Reheat in a pan, microwave, or toaster.
