Mickey Pancakes for Babies

Mickey Pancakes for Babies 🥞🐭

Prep: ~10 min
Total: ~20–25 min

Soft, baby-friendly pancakes shaped like Mickey. Offer only after your baby has been introduced to eggs, dairy, and wheat individually.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation Method

  1. In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a smooth, pourable batter forms.
  4. Heat and lightly grease a non-stick pan. Using a squeeze bottle, pipe the batter to create a Mickey shape.
  5. When bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook the other side until golden and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Storage & Freezing

  • Refrigerate: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Freeze: Cool completely, layer with parchment, and freeze up to 1 month.
  • Reheat: Warm in a pan, toaster, or microwave until heated through.
