
Mickey Pancakes for Babies 🥞🐭
Soft, baby-friendly pancakes shaped like Mickey. Offer only after your baby has been introduced to eggs, dairy, and wheat individually.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Pinch of salt
Preparation Method
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a smooth, pourable batter forms.
- Heat and lightly grease a non-stick pan. Using a squeeze bottle, pipe the batter to create a Mickey shape.
- When bubbles form on the surface, flip and cook the other side until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
