Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
- The batter should be thick but pourable, flowing slowly.
- Heat and grease a frying pan with butter. Use a squeeze bottle to shape the batter into a Mickey design. When bubbles start to form on the surface, flip the pancake to cook the other side.
- Once golden and cooked through, your Mickey pancake is ready to serve!
