Mini “Ana Maria” Cake!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (not heaping) of 100% cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Optional: Milk chocolate for babies over 2 years old

Preparation:

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix in the remaining ingredients until you get a smooth batter.
  2. Pour the mixture into small baking molds.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (approximately 20-25 minutes).

Recommended age: +9 months (ensure peanut butter has been introduced safely during the window of immunological opportunity).
