Raspberry Banana Bread for Toddlers πŸŒπŸ“

Soft, naturally sweet banana bread filled with juicy raspberries β€” perfect for toddlers and baby-led weaning. Easy to prepare and made with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour

Note: If you don’t have self-raising flour, use 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour + 2 1/4 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F / 175Β°C. Grease or line a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring well.
  3. Stir in self-raising flour until smooth and combined.
  4. Gently fold in raspberries.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool slightly, then transfer to a rack and let cool completely before slicing.
