Raspberry Banana Bread for Toddlers ππ
Soft, naturally sweet banana bread filled with juicy raspberries β perfect for toddlers and baby-led weaning. Easy to prepare and made with simple ingredients!
Ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas
- 3/4 cup raspberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
Note: If you donβt have self-raising flour, use 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour + 2 1/4 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt.
Method
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F / 175Β°C. Grease or line a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla extract, stirring well.
- Stir in self-raising flour until smooth and combined.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30β35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly, then transfer to a rack and let cool completely before slicing.
