Savory Cheese Pancakes π§π₯
Soft, fluffy savory cheese pancakes packed with protein and calcium. A perfect baby-led weaning option and a delicious alternative to sweet breakfasts.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella & cheddar work great)
- 1/2 cup white spelt flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Olive oil or avocado oil spray (for cooking)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese.
- Add flour and baking powder. Mix until thick but scoopable.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
- Scoop small pancakes into the pan and gently flatten.
- Cook 3β4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with veggies or fruit and enjoy!
Serving & Storage Notes
Serve cut into strips or small pieces. Great with avocado, soft veggies, or fruit.
