Fluffy, veggie-packed, and full of goodness, this sheet pan frittata is a simple and tasty option for babies, toddlers, and the whole family. Easy to customise and perfect for little hands.

This fluffy frittata is such a lovely way to use up leftover vegetables while making a soft, nourishing meal for little ones. It can be served warm or cold, making it extra handy for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 40g cheddar cheese, grated
  • Veggies of choice for the topping

Recipe Tips

  • Suggested veggie toppings: cooked broccoli, grated carrots, chopped fresh spinach, chopped tomatoes
  • For younger babies, finely chop or mash veggies to make them easier to eat
  • A great way to use up leftover vegetables β€” customise with your baby’s favourites
  • Can be served warm or cold for a convenient snack

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
  2. Beat the eggs with the cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the veggies.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the centre is set.
  5. Let it cool slightly, cut into fingers, and serve.
  6. Buon appetito!

Baby Serving Note

Suitable from 6 months+ when served in an age-appropriate way. For younger babies, finely chop or mash the vegetables and cut the frittata into soft finger-sized strips that are easy to hold.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Freeze for up to 2 months.

To defrost, thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then bake at 160Β°C (320Β°F) for 10–15 minutes until heated through, or warm up in the microwave.
