This fluffy frittata is such a lovely way to use up leftover vegetables while making a soft, nourishing meal for little ones. It can be served warm or cold, making it extra handy for busy days.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 40g cheddar cheese, grated
- Veggies of choice for the topping

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- Beat the eggs with the cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the veggies.
