Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes, cooked
  • 1 small broccoli, cooked
  • Natural seasonings like paprika, oregano, and black pepper (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (for babies over 12 months)
  • Salt (for babies over 12 months)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Mash the cooked potatoes and broccoli thoroughly. Ensure you drain any excess water or steam-cook the vegetables for a firmer texture.
  2. Add the seasonings, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese (if using), and mix everything until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
