Tuna Corn Fritters

Tuna Corn Fritters 🐟🌽

On busy days when lunch needs to happen fast, these tuna corn fritters are one of my go-to recipes. They come together with simple ingredients, cook quickly, and make a healthy, filling meal. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfect for quick lunches, lunchboxes, or light dinners.

Simple Ingredients, Big Nutrition 🌱

  • Tuna 🐟: Lean protein, omega-3s, and iron
  • Corn 🌽: Natural sweetness, fiber, and energy
  • Eggs πŸ₯š: Protein, healthy fats, and structure
  • Flour 🌾: Helps bind everything together

  • 1 canned tuna (drained)
  • 1/2 cup canned corn (drained)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tbsp flour of choice (all-purpose, gluten-free, oat flour)
